The foundation of our hockey skating program is based on inside and outside edge control. Proper control enhances skills from shooting and passing to striding, turning, stopping and change of direction.
Other facets of hockey skating will include: body position, extension, power and recovery including tight turns, and crossovers.
We are confident that every hockey player will benefit greatly from our hockey skating program.
